The Utica Block (Park Hotel) is a three-story structure located within the Lower Prospect/Huron Historic District and adjacent to the Historic Gateway District. The building dates from the late 1880s and features bright orange brickwork, low-relief façade piers, segmented arched windows and large, densely bracketed cornices. It is a surviving example of a late 19th century commercial building that was converted to a hotel in 1929.
