The buildings at 2125 Superior Avenue were constructed in 1914, and were comprised of two historic textile factories known as The Prince-Wolf Co. and Falk-Feierstein Co. At some point in history, the buildings were joined togetherto create a unique courtyard in the center that was covered over to expand garment -making operations. Today, the buildings are part of the 23-building Superior Avenue Historic District that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
