Historic Information
These two structures were completed in the middle of the 20th century and reflect the modernist architecture of that period. The earlier of the two buildings (1950) first housed the George White Motor Company and then the Campbell Motor Company. The newer structure (1961) was originally designed for the Public Service Company of North Carolina, Asheville’s local natural gas utility provider.
