These buildings are located in Cleveland’s Old River Road Historic District, which retains integrity of location, materi­als, design and association with the Cuyahoga River. 1295 Old River Road was originally constructed as an industrial building in the 1920s and was altered after a fire in 1952. It currently houses the Odeon Theatre. 1313 Old River Road is a one-story brick building that forms the southern boundary of the dis­trict on the east side of the street. It was constructed c. 1940 for an industrial use.
