The property, historically known as the W.S. Gilkey Printing Company Building, is prominently located on the edge of the Flats East Bank and the Warehouse District of downtown Cleveland. The historic building was constructed by Standard Scale & Supply Company in 1913. The commercial-style building with Chicago style influences was designed by W.W. Sabin. The printing company occupied the entire building into the 1970s. The building was converted into commercial office space following the sale of the printing business.
