This trio of structures has housed small offices, light manufacturing, and covered parking over the years. The oldest is the Winton Garage (later known as the Carter Garage), built in 1919 to service the Winton Hotel. In 1947, it was converted into an office building for the Ohio Bell Telephone Company. The conversion included the construction of one additional story, a new front entrance, and the installation of windows in the openings on each garage level.
