Vice President of Project Management
As GBX Group’s Vice President of Project Management, Sharon’s 15 years of real estate experience effectively moves projects through due diligence, underwriting, and closing processes.
Sharon was previously a Senior Development Project Manager at PIRHL LLC, a developer and general contractor in Cleveland, where she managed new construction and rehabilitation projects in Maryland and North Carolina with total costs of over $90 million.
As a Project Manager at Victory Housing, Inc., the nonprofit development arm of the Archdiocese of Washington, Sharon managed the development and construction of three new apartment communities for seniors and the acquisition of two properties. While serving as an Acquisitions Officer at Fairfield Residential LLC, she secured tax exempt bond allocations on the East Coast, resulting in $126 million in allocations in four states. Sharon also worked at Enterprise Homes, Inc., where she was involved in Wheeler Creek, a $54 million HOPE VI mixed income redevelopment project in the District of Columbia.
Sharon has her LEED AP. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Cleveland Chapter and is the former Co-Chair of its Program Committee.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University, a Master of Regional Planning degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University.
